Peachy G welcomes new stylist to hairdressing team

Just 18 months after opening in Short Street Nambour, Peachy G’s Juanita Griffin has added another stylist to her team.

“It took about 6 months for me to find a stylist whose practice aligned with ours,” Juanita said.

“I am so thrilled that Molly has joined Brooke and myself in the salon.”

Originally from Scotland, Molly Short has been in Australia for just four months and has quickly slotted in at Peachy G.

“Molly trained in Edinburgh and has been working in the industry for 6 years,” Juanita said.

Although she is excellent in all aspects of hair styling, she is a real blonde colouring and blonde balayage specialist.

“When you are dealing with blonde colouring you really have to know what you are doing, to not only give your client a fabulous look, but to also maintain the integrity of their hair. Molly has a real passion for this work and it shows.”

The growth of the salon has been made possible by strong support from the Nambour community.

“I have had amazing local support, it has blown me away, actually,” said Juanita.

“My business is growing and going from strength to strength thanks to that support and the dedication of my stylists,” Juanita said. “I feel so blessed.”
