Picture of kindness recognised at Queensland Gives Photo Challenge

RangeCare was recently announced as a finalist in the 2025 Queensland Gives Photo Challenge, with a photo snapped by RangeCare Marketing Officer, Toni Hinton (pictured).

“Queensland Gives is a philanthropic organisation which gives to over three hundred charitable organisations around the State, providing help where it’s needed most,” said RangeCare Business Development Manager, Jess Garey.

“The focus of the Photo Challenge was on Acts of Kindness, and we were really thrilled that Toni’s photo went through the judging process to the Finals.”

The photo was taken of a RangeCare staff member escorting a client to last year’s Christmas party at Flaxton Gardens restaurant.

“I think the photo is a wonderful representation of the level of care within our RangeCare community across the board,” Ms Garey said.

“From our staff and tireless volunteers, to our beautiful clients, the growth of RangeCare reflects our incredible people and the purpose driven services we provide.”

While the photo was not selected as the winning image at the Awards ceremony at Parliament House on Monday the 2nd of this month, the RangeCare team were grateful for the awareness of their work that the recognition created.
