Enjoy hands-on cooking classes and local flavours at Mix Taste Eat

Join the Curated Plate initiative for an immersive culinary experience at Mix Taste Eat’s hands-on cooking classes. Located at 29b Mathew St, Nambour, these exclusive sessions run from Saturday, July 27, through to August, offering participants a chance to dive into the rich culinary heritage of the Sunshine Coast.

Participants will learn to craft dishes such as fresh pasta with Noosa black garlic butter, local cheese wrapped in black garlic filo pastry, and Noosa black garlic and Humm honey ice cream.

Each class is priced at $110 per person, which includes all food and containers for leftovers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinks to enhance the experience.
